We understand building a home is more than just the construction. The structures we have in place are geared to not only deliver on those themes, but do it in a timely manner so you stay on budget, and get to enjoy your new home sooner.

LOT/SITE EVALUATION

Contact us BEFORE you purchase your lot. We will help you evaluate properties and will provide our opinion as well as information. Our expertise on local height restrictions, square footage minimums, set backs and other variables that will influence home design, size, and costs is key to investing in the appropriate property. Don't worry if you already own the lot you want to build on - we can provide the same knowledge to make sure your vision comes to life on your site!

PLAN DESIGN

We provide in-house plan design. We will guide you step by step through the plan design process. Be assured your vision and budget will always be the forefront of any Endura Homes design. If you are already working with an architect, we will apply that same dedication, and work with both you and your architect throughout this part of the process.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

This stage typically goes along with plan design. We will work one-on-one with you, or collaborate with your team of professionals to make sure no detail is overlooked, from concept to completion. A full set of specifications, budget and timeline can all be determined during this stage, streamlining the process once we break ground.

Home Construction

CONSTRUCTION

From site clearing to the final walk-through, we will meet with you at each stage to confirm we are on the same page. These meetings will be a great time to make any changes known. Here is Tru Homes construction steps:
